Maggiano's Oak Brook

We were there for a Birthday celebration, everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our server Pepe was attentive and provided excellent service.

The good and the service were excellent as always. We are a bit disappointed with the way the left over food and take home pasta was handled. We had four couples at dinner. When we got home we realized that our food was mixed up. Nobody got the left food they planned to take home. Please ask your staff to be more careful in the future.

Had a 5:00 reservation and was seated immediately. Server was excellent. Friendly, attentive and polite. Wine is a little pricey but other wise we had a good meal and great time.

We were a party of 7 people and it took forever to get our food! we have made family style. for example, when they brought out refills, they only brought out a plate of 7 ravioli. we wanted more and had to wait 10-15 minutes before more came up. that happened every time. I guess someone didn't show up because our server ran around. service was very disappointing, but I gave our server a very big tipp because I felt generously on black friday. this is the first time that I was disappointed in maggianos service. we had practically no extra food left. If this happens again, I will be less generous. I hope that was a one-time incident.

Our family went to Maggiano’s for Thanksgiving dinner. Was very pleased with the food and ambiance. We started out with a salad, then next came the best turkey and stuffing and ham slices you can ask for. Next came the pasta. We ordered Rigatoni D and baked ziti. Magnificent. Last but not least was dessert.. Would do again in a heart beat.
