McDonald's - OAK BROOK

Customer service is slow, At 5:35 am I stayed in the drive thru for 15 minutes to have no one my order.. I ate here too and my food was not fresh and hot and my oat flakes had plenty of water in it and was not good.

I'm impressed. This special shop customer service was good. Unlike others, I visited.?

I ordered a crispy chicken bite this morning (5:15 on 11/08/2020). And the chicken was so undercooked, I couldn't even bite the whole way through them. I opened it and it still looked pink. I usually don't have bad reviews because I worked in a fast food restaurant, so I know how it is. Errors happen, but that's too much man. I'm going to this McDonald?s because it's convenient for me because it's on my way to work. Sometimes I order a chicken biscuit and tastes dry, but I'll eat it. No big deal, I'll work, I don't have time to turn around and complain about it. But if the food is unusable, I will be frustrated. Please check the quality of what you are doing? I'll report. I'll wait for a freshened case. Just in trouble! It's not that hard.

I am a mom of 3, a 5 year old and 3 year old twins. When out, we always get 2 happy meals and request an additional toy for the little that doesn?t eat McDonald?s. It has never been a problem and we have done so many times. I also worked at McDonald?s during my youth so I am beyond familiar with the establishment. Anthony the manager refused to provide an additional toy and we were required to purchase an additional meal in order to get a toy. I will never return after this frustrating experience. I won?t even put the option for any field trips I sponsor in the future. I was that bothered!
