Applebee's Grill - Oak Creek

The food was cold, and I refuse to pay for cold soup. While the server was nice, they were quite incompetent. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning.

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and the waiter was exceptionally accommodating. I even joked that he resembled Paul Newman, to which he replied that I made his day. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Additionally, they were offering a discount on the Indiana Jones movie!

When I arrived at the curbside pickup, I clicked "I am here" on the app. After waiting for 10 minutes with no one coming out, I called the number listed for curbside pickup, but it was out of service. So, I went inside, and the hostess had to go into the kitchen to get my food packaged. Once I returned home and was ready to eat, I realized I didn't have any utensils, which I had specifically requested on the app. Additionally, I was missing my extra side of barbecue sauce, and the sauce on my food was only applied to one side, which is why I always request extra. The food was decent, but I've learned a valuable lesson: I can’t rely on this place to get everything right without double-checking.

We arrived and was seated right away because it was slow. We waited about 25 minutes before our waiter came over and took our drink order so we just went ahead and put out food order in. We waited about a. Hour before our food actually came out, the food was hot and wasn't horrible tasting but it definitely isn't what it use to be. When I placed the order I also ordered dessert. We waited another 30 minutes before we asked another waiter to get our bill. She went to tell our waiter we were ready and at that point I no longer wanted the dessert because we waited so long and was sooooo ready to go as she was bringing it out. I signed my bill and accidentally took the wrong copy. When I checked my bank statement the waiter decided to tip herself $10. I will never ever go to any Applebee's no matter where it's located. My experience was terrible and the waiter tipping herself did it for me. If you plan to visit expect poor service and food!!!! Don't waste 2 hours of your time as I did.

They had their sign and parkinglot lights off. We missed the turn for it because we didnt see the driveway. Online and the door said they close at midnight. No, they close at 11pm. We arrived at 9:55pm. The host was not friendly. The waiter tried his best and did well with us. The food was ok. The appetizer that had everything on it had garlic parmesan chicken and I could tell it was hot butter with a small amount of garlic powder and they added the bigger chunks of parmesan cheese. We ordered the three cheese mac n cheese honey pepper chicken dinner and the portion was way smaller than usual. It was stranger than usual. We assumed they were upset so they didnt care. Kids menus were ok but their food was easy. (Chicken tenders and fries We left about 11-10 and what do ya know? The sign and parkinglot lights were on. Lol It was a waste of 70.00 (waiter was tipped good though.
