I have been standing here for 15 minutes, no one acknowledge us at all. They are literally just walking back and forth like we aren’t here. The female worker asked the male worker was he coming to serve us and he said she can do it and walked off. Gladly taking my money else where. I won’t be back !

They gave me half an apple fritter about 15-20 minutes ago. The one girl had a really bad attitude when I told her I had an apple fritter as well. It was literally ripped in half. I have been coming here lately because their brown sugar cold brew isgood but who gives someone half of something they ordered. I get these once a week they are always the same size and the donutwas very clearly ripped in half. I will not be returning. Friday 7/29 2:30pm

Bro if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service and don?t get me started on the management. Absolutely unprofessional and doesn?t not know how to handle situations. The food is horrible, the donuts were hard as a rock asif it were left out for days. When I order anything from here they always get it wrong like please pay attention so everythingrun smoothly. Ridiculous, I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. ?10/10

I've noticed a significant decline in service at DD. While I enjoy their beverages, I may have to start looking for another place. The customer service is poor, and the staff is quite rude. When I came in to place my order, I was ignored as both employees focused on the drive-thru instead. I leaned over to say hello and asked if anyone was taking orders. They glanced at me but continued their tasks. Eventually, a young lady came over to take my order, but the guy kept taking drive-thru orders, singing along to music in his earbuds. I won’t be returning to this location again.
