Hello! I just wanted to express my appreciation for the young lady named Kiaya and the gentleman who were fantastic. They truly go the extra mile for their customers. I ordered a single mocha iced coffee but was charged for two. The staff member apologized initially, explaining that they were short-staffed, which I completely understand. I didn’t mind waiting as long as my order was correct. However, when I mentioned the mistake, I didn’t receive a refund or any resolution.
I visited today with my kids and had a great experience thanks to the service we received. A special shoutout to Kaia—she truly made our day! Despite being short-staffed, she was so positive and attentive, ensuring our order was perfect. She definitely deserves a raise!
Excellent customer service today at 5pm. Stopped for an iced tea with easy sugar. When I pulled up to order, the staff was cheery and pleasant. Made sure to have my order correct. When I pulled up to the window, Kiaya greeted me, waited patientlywhile I pulled up my app. Verified my drink was fully stirred (very rare but doesn't bother me either way). They are deservingof praise for how polite and pleasant they were. I almost offered her a job that's how impressed I was. Her and her teammatereally brightened my otherwise stressful day. A true afternoon pick me up. Will definitely make this my preferred DD when I'min the neighborhood.
