Currito - Oak Park

One of my all-time favorite salad spots! Delicious food and generous portions, friendly staff, and better prices than other places. 10/10 recommend

Currito is a great place to have a meal alone or with a group they have definitely bowls you can choose from plus smoothie and a healthy overall experience dinning with currito and very very kid

This review is not based on the food. The food is always fresh great.This review is for the manager.She is SO horribly mean to her employees. I’ve been here several times and every single time she has belittled people and made them feel nervous and uncomfortable. There are SO many reviews about her, but somehow she is still allowed to work here and treat these poor kids and young adults so poorly. I have never seen a manager be so passive aggressive and I’ve never seen employees openly afraid. It’s honestly terrible. I love the food, but I wish that she wasn’t so disrespectful to her staff. The last time I visited, I asked if I could add more stuff to my bowl and her response was “can you add it from the register because as you can see, I’m working by myself today.” You can’t get any ruder than that.She is always making her employees work faster.One of them wrapped a burrito and she poured all of the contents out and rewrapped it because he used two tortillas. Totally unnecessary.She told her employees today: “I’m gonna run the line today, because there’s no one faster than me.”She is horrible to her staff. These are teenagers and young adults just trying to earn some money. They don’t deserve this.

Very tasty. First time there, George explained the concept and was very helpful. I got my order to go and was pleased to find that it traveled well and was easy to reheat in the microwave. Seems like a good spot to go with friends. Quiet, laid back atmosphere.

I work for a busy doctors office and we get Currito delivered often at least once a week). Today, I ordered a smoothie and the staff failed to give it to the driver. When I called they told me I can come get it. If I could have picked it up-I would have picked up my whole order. Manager was nasty over the phone telling me she can't do everyone's job. This smoothie was one of the employees lunch-they did not order a separate meal. They just lost our business. Instead of being nasty the manager should have been professional and apologetic. I will not support a business where this attitude toward costumers is acceptable.
