Awad-o-food - Oak Ridge

Love this guy. He show up at Crafter's Market and Social every week to give us break from the standard burgers, pizza and BBQ. Did someone say Lamb, Grape Leaves and Humus

We had Awad O Food cater our staff lunch. He prepared for us stuffed chicken, grape leaves, hummus, fatoosh, taziki sauce, and warm pita bread. Everyone loved it! They commented on how the chicken was so tender and juicy. The sides were delicious and the perfect amount. Everyone left lunch full and there was even a small bit left over. It was perfect! Service was phenomenal. Super nice guy. Followed up with us to make sure all was good. Definitely would order from him again!

This truck came to Crafters Brew in Oak Ridge. The operator of the trailer was extremely friendly and offered suggestions. As I pondered, he gave me a sample of the special of the day which was the stuffed chicken. After tasting what he gave me, I decided to give it a shot since the single bite made me want to devour more. He filled the container with two pieces of chicken on top of a soft, delicious pita. A Greek version of pico de gallo and tsaziki sauce was served in the side. Delish!!

Great gyro and beef stew. Always friendly and makes his customers are happy with the meal.

Simply outstanding flavor. I ordered the special chicken, which looks simple, but the flavor is al dente ost magical. Well blended spices and melt in your good mouth chicken with his tasiki sauce made it by far the best thing I have eaten here in east Tennessee so far. I will return.
