Mcdonald's - Oak Ridge

We went through the drive thru to pick up 3 cheeseburgers. Our order taker was cheerful and easy to understand. She also told us to have a blessed day with a smile! 100 million stars for her amazing customer service! I had a friend call with a crisis as I was pulling away, so I have forgotten her name. Description: She is a beautiful, young, african american girl. She said she had recently started working at McDonald's. Her name may have been Ashley? She was taking orders and taking payments at the drive thru on October 11th between 1 to 2pm. I used to manage at McDonald's back in the day. She is worthy of a promotion in the near future. Top notch customer service. I will definitely stop back to this location. I'm happy and impressed.

I picked up for Door Dash and the all orders were correct and they were ready each time.

This place is hit or miss. I stop by here during the week and everything is great when going through the drive-thru. On the weekends it 's another story. Often times when going through the drive-thru you are greeted by Hello and that 's it. And, after placing order it 's pull on up and you will get your total. To me that 's not good customer service.

I went through the drive-thru about a week ago I gave my order and then I told him how I had another order he said really loudly I wish you have told me I said what and he said nevermind go ahead with your order I know what it's like to be short-handed the frustration and aggravation that you try to avoid on a daily basis but it always comes but remember if you show that to your customers to your employees that will create an atmosphere and atmosphere that no one will want to work in

Last 2 visit they got order wrong and wanted me to go back thru drive thru and order what they missed, bc they had not charged me for what I ordered. Once is mistake, I am not a jerk. But they missed it. The info on order screen is not really okay for us bc trying to order and drive and get the money out and they expect me to think $12 is just ONE sandwich combo and extra fries...the price increase. Still personally know that is too much for the mediocre food and poor service.
