Taco Bell - Oak Ridge

I will never visit this Taco Bell again. I would prefer to drive across town to the other location. I've wasted a lot of money coming here. They refuse to process refunds, have given me incomplete orders, and it often seems like many of their employees are under the influence whenever I've gone.

I was in and out in no time, thanks to the very polite and incredibly fast staff. They even replaced the hard cinnamon twists with their amazing, soft cinnamon bites filled with sugar and icing. Truly exceptional service!

I recently purchased two supreme chicken chalupas for a total of $10.95. Each chalupa contained about five small pieces of chicken. Additionally, when I thanked the cashier, he didn't respond. That was my experience.

My kiosk order took 18 minutes to get. She finally called my name and threw my food on the counter. Took off before I could ask for my drink cup. Didn't say anything to me. I wanted to dine in, but she gave me to go bag. They forgot one of my tacos but I didn't want to bother with these people anymore. No napkins out. Crude language behind the counter. What a terrible experience. Never coming back to this location.

I ordered a grilled steak cheese burrito and they at first didn't even grill it or put cheese on it so I walked back up there to get it fixed and they put the burrito in the wrong wrapper which usually wouldn't matter but since it had grilled chz this time the entire top of the burrito stuck to the paper very
