Oakbank Grill

Just had meals for 12 people. Everyone enjoyed it food was great. Supper nice waitress and very quick service all around.

Great food and service. Always a pleasure to order a pizza from there.

We went for lunch. There was no one there for them to take a hr to serve our food.The service was disgusting, very low knowledge of the special. Bus especially very rude.

I was really disappointed to learn that they've switched wings. The old guys were so good, I told everyone how great they are. These new ones are garbage! Strange additional bones in them, quality is just terrible. I wish it didn't change so much. It is obvious that they will be cheaper with food. Sad.

Oakbank Bar Grill is the last place I would recommend. We visited this facility in the other week. Had a terrible experience with our waitress who was both inconspicuous and rude. We ordered the Build Your Own Platter for $30.99, where you all three starters under $14. We had two orders from Chicken Wings for $13,99 each and an order from Jalapeño Poppers for $11,99. Our waitress didn't tell us that Jalapeño Poppers are supposed to be a premium item that doesn't work with the Platter Deal. This is NOT indicated anywhere on their menu, and we were NOT informed about it before we order. This incident led to our meal being overloaded. When we interviewed the waitress about the bill, she immediately started with an attitude and bad language choices. She claimed that this information was given in the menu, but it is NOT. The waitress was extremely quarreling, so we paid the bill to the full, although it was overloaded and asked to talk to someone from the administration. Another staff approached us and let us know that the manager was not available. We wanted to come back tomorrow, even though we were 50 minutes away from the facility. After discussing the problems with managing phone call over a week, we were told that Oakbank Bar Grill was not willing to repay this money or provide us with a gift card of the same value. The facility offered 25% discount for our next meal. This is not a sufficient solution for the problem. The overpayment should have been refunded immediately. It is disgusting that a local business like this is fine to steal money from their customers. We will NOT return to Oakbank Bar Grill. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would.
