Noodles Company - Oakbrook Terrace

First time trying Noodles and Company and I'm very happy with my experience. The Orange Chicken Noodles were delicious. The place was clean and food was prepared quickly.

Stopped here because it was walking distance from my hotel. Great food! Loved it so much we bought a second order to keep in our room

The noodles were expertly prepared, with a generous amount of sauce and cheese. They taste so much better than the ones at the place next door. The staff was very friendly as well.

The service was friendly and attentive. We enjoy visiting because the food is something the kids like to eat.

My order was canceled. I placed it through Google and tracked it on their website, which indicated that it was on its way. I waited a full 45 minutes, but Google never updated the status to show that it wasn't delivered. When I called Noodles for assistance, they hung up on me. It's frustrating how lazy some people can be. Now I'm just waiting for my payment to be reversed. This type of issue occurs every time I order from a restaurant's website. I prefer doing so because restaurants typically make more money that way. I’ve heard disgruntled managers mention how much of a cut services like Uber take when you use them. Due to these frequent problems, I won't be ordering food delivery from a restaurant's website again. If you're unreliable, don’t expect me to make choices that benefit you financially in the future. Honestly, just don’t offer delivery through your own site.
