Huckelberry's Breakfast Lunch - Oakdale

I had lunch today with a friend. My first visit to Huckleberry’s. Being from New Orleans I just had to try their gumbo. I highly recommend it!! It was flavorful and full of chicken, sausage and veggies. The service was attentive and Courteous! You’ll find this restaurant well worth your time!!

First time there place is great employees smiling food was great I had the Mississippi skillet and my boyfriend the chicken fried steak w/biscuit and gravy w/eggs and a side of hashbrowns started with green fried tomatoes ate them so fast didnt take a picture first time have them and the were great. will goBack the next time I'm in town.Ps,large servings

Ok, so Huckleberry is a bit of an acquired taste. They have some weird combinations. Once you wrap your head around fried chicken and waffles, or similar offerings and get to know the menu better I like it. Their not cheap, be aware of that going in. service has always been top door with quick seating and orders taken and food arrived, I will continue to come here in the future as they have a Monte Cristo sandwich I loveKid-friendliness: Definatly kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Double doors and wide access for ADA
