Bidra med feedbackThe seasoning wasn't perfect, but that's fine; you don't want it to be too salty anyway. It was beautifully wrapped, which I really appreciated!
The king crab was disappointing. Priced at $70 per pound, it was the smallest and thinnest crab I've ever encountered—possibly even smaller than snow crab. To make matters worse, it didn't taste good; it was overly salted and seemed to be freezer burned. Charging this much for what is clearly the worst dish on the menu is quite shameful. The other items were just average. If they got rid of the most expensive item, it would almost be a mediocre restaurant.
I’m sorry to say that my experience here was really disappointing. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this one. It’s been years since I last visited, but my pregnant girlfriend had a craving for seafood, and she decided to order from here. Unfortunately, the sauce was watery, overly salty, and too sweet. While the sausage tasted okay, it was overcooked, as were the corn and crawfish. I truly regret to say that I won’t be ordering from this place again—it's just too expensive for such poor food quality. As a chef, I really hope you'll consider making some changes to your cooking methods and reworking that secret sauce.
Ordered crawfish, potato, sausage, corn, and egg in spicy Cajun sauce. The crawfish itself was juicy and excellent, the sausage was good, nothing wrong with the potato, the eggs were awesome. CONS: The spicy Cajun sauce was more tangy and sour than Cajun spicy. Light on the seasonings and heavier on the citrus. The corn was inedible. It was... chewy. Like it was very old. I took a few bites and threw the rest of the corn away. It wasnt cheap either. Overall this place is good and Id eat here again, but Id skip the corn and order extra spicy.
I order the rockin combo medium an this is sweet not the flavor and the food is cold
