Starbucks - Oakville

I like coming to this Starbucks, but only when there are a few customers. My only complaint is if the coffee shop is crowded; it will take forever to get your drink/meal, so I recommend going through the drive through.

I met with a client here and there were flies flying around every where, cobwebs in the corners and dead flies on the window ledge by the outside patio. I used to work out of here before COVID and it wasn't this bad. Tables weren't cleaned, it was just not up to Starbucks standards in my opinion. I don't do reviews much but I felt as a business owner myself , if I managed this particular location I would have to have a serious conversation with Staff or would definitely clean up myself. Very dissappointing for a Starbucks.Parking: Big plaza- ample room for parking

I am not one for leaving bad reviews and I am only doing it to hopefully get the management attention and result in improvement. I held off writing a review for quite a while to make sure that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. Unfortunately it is not the case. I want to start with this, everyone at this location that helped me was really friendly and I believe that what I was experiencing is probably due to miss-management. Everytime I visited this location, for a span of many months and at a different times of the day, the line was very long at the drive thru and it was not better every time I decided to go inside instead. Everytime, the line either in the drive thru or inside moves really slow and multiple occasions, received the wrong order, or a cup with spill on the outside. It was a bit annoying after you have already waited long time for your order.

The most terrible Starbucks experience ever! We had ordered ahead on the app and ended up waiting 15 mins in the drive-thru, even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us!!! We waited another few minutes at the window and when they finally handed us our order, half the items were missing... the drinks were horrible, to the point that we couldn't consume them... wish they would give us a refund... NOT going back to this location!

This place needs more employees, and faster ones for sure. How long should it take to make a latte?? Waiting for 30 min now and nothing came through. Not coming to this store again.
