Starbucks - Oakville

I am not one for leaving bad reviews and I am only doing it to hopefully get the management attention and result in improvement. I held off writing a review for quite a while to make sure that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. Unfortunately it is not the case. I want to start with this, everyone at this location that helped me was really friendly and I believe that what I was experiencing is probably due to miss-management. Everytime I visited this location, for a span of many months and at a different times of the day, the line was very long at the drive thru and it was not better every time I decided to go inside instead. Everytime, the line either in the drive thru or inside moves really slow and multiple occasions, received the wrong order, or a cup with spill on the outside. It was a bit annoying after you have already waited long time for your order.

The most terrible Starbucks experience ever! We had ordered ahead on the app and ended up waiting 15 mins in the drive-thru, even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us!!! We waited another few minutes at the window and when they finally handed us our order, half the items were missing... the drinks were horrible, to the point that we couldn't consume them... wish they would give us a refund... NOT going back to this location!

This place needs more employees, and faster ones for sure. How long should it take to make a latte?? Waiting for 30 min now and nothing came through. Not coming to this store again.

The girl that had help me (she has and undercut in the back and long hair on top, wish i grabbed her name had great customer service. I had mis-order at a different location and she totally understood and just asked me for proof of purchase and gave me my drink! Very rare to find a kind human being to help. Other places wouldnt have this great customer service! :

Service and food were good. I found this location dirty inside. I know it's a busy location but needs to be cleaned more often and garbage emptied.
