Teatro - Oberhausen

After the disappointing visit of the Franciscans, we went to the Teatro. The order was quickly received and brought. Very good service very friendly waiter. Sure.

We wish you a good new year! we were New Year with you and had 2x the menu and 1x pizza. Food and service were brilliant. All right. A big annual report! We'll be back.

We have been there more often and again everything is there from food to coffee just super also in the week of lunch table for small money is recommended so nothing to be challenged

#update# Some visits have been made after the incident described. There are days that don't run perfectly! It was apologised in all respects, it happened, but could not have been that way. The case is cut off for us and forget, we look forward and not back! Thank you for the open and honest conversation. This shows backbone and customer orientation. First-class food, excellent selection at all levels and staff, which stands for its mistakes and constructively implements criticism. Thank you for that! We like to come back. 14.5.2018 Food remains qualitative and tasteful TOP! As a regular customer with my mother and family, however, more than disappointed. If an older lady is planning her birthday with the whole family in the Teatro beyond the 70, as a regular customer, the reservation has long been made and certain arrangements have been promised, you will rely on everything. If, however, neither arrangements (deco, e.g., or Italian cordiality exist, disappointment is great. Not only with the birthday child! As I said, we are regular customers....if not even a birthday congratulation is possible, this is more than poor. It goes without saying that tipping is always accepted (not exactly crunchy, but this behaviour of the workforce is shameful.
