The place is terrible; I do not recommend it to anyone. We were planning a children's party and received a quote from the restaurant. We coordinated with bakers and entertainers, printed invitations, and distributed them to all the guests. Three days before the event, the administrator sent a voice message apologizing and informing us that someone had double-booked the restaurant, and they had to cancel our reservation. If you want a peaceful children's party, stay away from Karamel! We will definitely inform all our guests and friends about the issues with this establishment. Please take note!

It feels like this place is only suitable for birthday parties when the entertainers are engaging with the kids. We came just with our children, and the play areas had very few toys, most of which were half-broken and missing parts. There wasn't much for them to do.

After the birthday celebration, she very politely and in the correct form asked to announce the final cost of the holiday, after which she was faced with a strange reaction from Ekaterina. They say you have all the receipts in your hands, I didn’t sit at the table with you and I don’t know what you ordered.... I explained to her that it is quite normal practice when a guest is interested in the amount spent at the end of the event! Which only caused irritation among the restaurant staff! Although I think the amount of 200 thousand is more than significant! There was a lot of confusion due to the fact that the girls very urgently asked to transfer “money to the card.” And they make huge eyes when I answer that it is more convenient for me to pay by card and receive that very treasured check in my hands! About the food itself. She became many times worse. If you compare it with what happened a goal ago, this is heaven and earth.... For two weeks, she also reminded me of herself and asked for points, since such a program exists. Apparently you need to come in person, bowing, and beg the ETERNALLY DISSATISFIED managers in person. I really don’t like writing reviews, especially ones like this, but I consider the boorish behavior of the employees unacceptable! The surest way to ruin the impression of the holiday and the establishment as a whole! If this is your intention, then you are on the right track!!
