Bidra med feedbackGreat experience. There was a line as usual. But that was fine, it must have been at least six people outside to take orders. And they were all so polite! Great manners, very professional; all. I'm always here for my chicken sandwiches. They're closed on Sundays, but I'm fine with that.
Delicious and awesome! So very friendly staff!!! Special thanks to Mr. Elijah, this young man is the star of a costume service. Thanks again!
The food was EXCEPTIONAL. Hot, tasty and well prepared with fresh and crispy green salad. Tomatoes were also good. My 1-star decomposition was due to the logistics. I understand that Chic fil a restaurants are super busy, but the layout of this restaurant was not beneficial for a busy environment. I was also shocked by the little bathroom. That was a stop on a street so we knew the toilet was clean and it was. Unfortunately, it is not very well ventilated and seemed full. There were only 2 stands a regular and a handicap accessible. Several stands could use the traffic flow. The staff was very helpful and proactive and Miss Peggy kept the drinks flowing. The drive thru also seemed super busy. Possibly, it is an easy challenge to get out of the parking lot because the turning lane is short, so be careful to move in.
Lived, lively location, literally ALWAYS! ...but the lines move pretty fast, both inside and in the drive-thru! I go fine, quite often, and as you wait for your order, you have the opportunity to watch the Front of House Staff doing their thing. Two times I have been able to catch two different managers interacting with their staff in the sweetest exchange. There is in any case an excellent balance of "time to cry ', shows recognition for their employees, and leads through example. It is no surprise for me that this is such a successful place. Kudos, and we'll see you soon!!
Reviews are always subjective but I'm noticing a trend. You didn't use to salt your fries. On top of them consistently being soggy, you always get a mouth full of salt to boot. Why can't it go back to no salt and let the guest add their own, instead of one person determining how an entire batch will taste? Just how we're asked if we want condiments (because they cost money), salt should be included in that question. The recipe may still be the same, but the coating on the chicken is different. Either you've changed it or gotten stingy with it. It used to cover the nugget with that thick, special, patented coating. Now, there's such a thin layer on it, it's barely detectable. I got a fruit cup the other day. The apples were bad. Nobody checks the food? Service is always stellar but now the quality of the food plummeted and it's not a one-time thing. It's every time. Why?
