Yesterday.... 1/2/2021 and actually normally I receive excellent service. Yesterday in particular, the girl was so polite and friendly I gave her an $8 tip and told her that her and her team do an amazing job. TODAY 6:30 am. I do my usual. The girl was not into it. I had to repeat my order numerous times before she finally got it right. Got up to the pick up window. No greeting. Handed me my bagel. Handed me my latte. Still no response. Hardly even looked at me. I realized the reason she got my order wrong each time and Long periods of silence were because she was doing other things and not paying attention. Although, there was only one other car in the drive thru. I realize that times are rough right now and people are stressed but I also work in customer service and it’s one thing to be busy and another thing to be down right RUDE. The girl that was running the drive thru on 1/2/2021. You are amazing. Every time I come there you give the best service ever and thank you for that. The girl who took my order on 1/3/2021. Take things slower. Even if you are having a hectic or bad day. Just remember that it’s not the fault of the customers you are serving and if you have a problem just saying hello or thank you to a customer then you need to rethink if that is the right job for you.

Excellent coffee and nice friendly attentive staff who are hard workers! I enjoyed my visit to this little but fantastic dunkin. And seriously, best coffee I had all week! Thank you!

Amazing breakfast eating as usual. The roasted tomato and hummus toast was delicious. The sausage, egg and cheese wraps were to die as always. Thank you for letting America run!

The two young ladies who served us were very polite and helpful. They served us a couple of great drinks and were looking for more ways to help us, and beat expression to my friend when he said he needed something strong to wake him up. From all my time, the only problem was the temperature at 65 and felt like an ice box. But the place was clean the people friendly and it was a nice time.

This must be the fastest as Dunkin ever illuminating. I love this stop. They always rock and count on great taste in my coffee!!
