Dunkin' - Ocala

The atmosphere is great and very friendly. The coffee was served hot, and there was a new employee who might have been a bit slower than some of the long-time customers preferred. However, he was eager to fulfill all orders accurately and did so with a smile.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The iced coffee was fresh and delightful. Both the shop and the restrooms were clean and well-kept.

The drive was incredibly quick. The young man who served us at the drive-thru was very pleasant and accommodating. It's a lovely place that I stop by every time I pass through on a trip. The staff is always friendly, and the coffee is excellent. Just a heads up: if you use Sweet and Low, they no longer carry it, but Splenda is available as an alternative. I always enjoy my visits here!
