Bidra med feedbackMy Hubby was really excited to try this place. He talked about it at the beginning of the week and when it was Friday, he was at the door waiting for me. The place was full of more people coming after us. Parking is plentiful, but it is more like you can park where you can see space on the grass or gravel. When you come in, the first thing you see is a very impressive display on the beers on tap. They have some regular and high tables, as well as a separate playroom. We both chose beer flights as we wanted to try many of them. It was a good choice, including some fruity and spicy options that I had not seen before. My husband's favorite was the Aperoni. We also tried the Buzz Festival, as the bartender said, it sells quickly when they do it. It was good, but we both preferred the Aperoni. The bartender was excellent, very friendly and had many suggestions. He let me try to see some of the beers first what I liked before I made my final selection for the flight. Looks like a good place to go with a group of people. Service is here a solid 5 .
The service is the best! They make us feel welcome every time we come here. They are very knowledgeable on their craft. The menu is always changing and they have something for everyone whether you like different styles of beer or like me have a bit of a sweet tooth. They are looking at expanding soon and I can't wait!
Kyle is an amazing Beertender! Big menu with flight options. Must stop if you are in the area, craft beer at it's finest. If you run into any locals, Bill and Gil are the funniest! Heard they are dog friendly! Best beer in Ocala!
I come to Ocala in intervals and stay at the Hilton. Luckily, Infinite Ale Works is a walk away. So many beers on tap, so many good or great beers on tap! I wish I could spend more time trying them all!
Wow, what a great brewery in Ocala Fl. so... many.... options.... multiple taps of major styles, all skewed toward a bit sweet. the gose and wheat beers were fantastic, the fruit adjuncts not overpowering. the coffee barley wine and belgian quads were malty perfection. Aaron was one of the best beer tenders ever with a legendary rasta man bun. Took home two crowlers; one was a very unique coffee raspberry gose, instant relief from the Florida's heat. Definitely worth a detour off of I75.
