Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ocala

My family and I had never tried Popeyes before, and to be honest, we were a bit skeptical at first. But it was fantastic! We ordered the family meals, and everything was fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be returning!

Ordered online and waited 23 minutes to get our food in transit. A very good service. Dear Popeyes. The Belleview is much faster. If we hadn't already paid online, we would have gone somewhere else. You need either more staff or give people their drinks and let them move forward and wait for this order not to keep the whole line for each person.

The service here is terrible. Your external job was broken, so I went in. No big deal, it happens. BUT. It took 45 minutes to place my order inward, although I was 3rd in line. I was in the register almost 25 minutes. Why? Because they let the doorsteps/people who claim the door cut the line. Well, 15 people had their orders before me while I was in the register.

I love Popeyes!!! I went to 40 from the highway. I usually go to Pine Ave I'm just randomly up there beautifully modern Popeyes, but the line went out the door waiting for orders, I waited like 10 minutes, then I had to say... So no Popeyes for me today.

The food was good, but unfortunately, the soda machines were out of order. I really prefer having soda with my chicken, but they did manage to find some iced tea for me and lemonade for my husband and son. That was a nice save, or I would have been quite upset.
