The Blue Wagyu - Ocala

This place is, without a doubt, one of the most beautifully designed restaurants we’ve visited in Ocala, Florida, which was a wonderful surprise. Almost immediately after we sat down, our server, Rachel, approached us wearing a big smile. She was delightful and seemed to really know her stuff. When we told Rachel we had never dined here before, she excitedly shared that the owners are ranchers who import beef from Japan, and that their food is prepared without drugs or hormones. The beef we tried was absolutely fantastic, along with everything else we sampled, including the blueberry bread pudding, which was divine! I won’t spoil all the details, but if you’re looking for a new dining experience and you’re in the area—whether you’re in a car, truck, motorcycle, or however else you travel—you definitely need to check out this place. We will certainly be back!

Wow! We heard about this place and its incredible burgers. We just had to try. We were NOT disappointed. From the moment we entered the staff, you felt welcome. We answer questions quickly. We later discovered one of our servers, Mary, was one of the owners. She made us so welcome and appeared with other guests. She has a good sense of humor. The food was nothing less than perfect. I'm not saying that, but it was. Everything is fresh and made there. It was exactly prepared as we asked, and then Mary and other staff have constantly checked to make sure it was the same. For what we have, I really felt that the price could not be beaten. This is the best burger I've ever had... can't wait to return!

My ribeye steak was fantastic, and the Brussels sprouts were the best I've ever tasted! My husband had the wild-caught salmon special, which came with curried sweet potatoes and beets, and it was outstanding as well. Don’t miss out on the blueberry bread pudding with vanilla custard—it's definitely worth saving some space for! The staff was friendly and attentive, and we particularly enjoyed our interaction with Mary, the owner.

The owner is very sweet, kind and visits the tables and talks to customers. I will definitely be back again. The meat is very juicy and it spills onto the burger bun(if you get a burger) and gives it incredible flavor. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! Wow, I can't make a more positive assessment here. The owner Mary was an absolutely amazing, energetic and around positive funny woman. You can tell her she's very passionate about the business. We wish we were hungry enough to order one of the steaks they looked absolutely amazing. And the nice couple of us confirmed the fact. We have the first world war on Burger and I have to say that I was the best burger I ever had. The other than that came with a sequence of bread pudding and explains her special recipe. It was the bomb. This was a wonderful experience and if we are in the area will definitely be back.
