Bidra med feedbackI went to dinner with my important other and directly from the fledermaus the host had no customer service manieren. she told us to follow her and just show us on a table and throw us the 2 paper menus. that was our first time there and we didn't know exactly how the process was going, so we had to ask the others to come back and explain. she took my friends menu and asked what we wanted, this took us back because we were not willing to order, we just wanted to ask why it boxed on the menu as if they checked out. she said they were for her, we ordered and waited one. after one, another that I took as our server brought us our drinks and she had no manage. she gave us our drinks, which they practically kicked us at the point where my drink was spilled on the table. both my friend and I looked at her to see what her problem was, and she just went away. that eating itself was not bad, I will say. it was pretty good for the price they were. while my friend and I eat, I could see the two women talking about each other and just staring at us. it felt very unpleasant because it was very obvious and we were not the only people there. so there was no excuse for why it was just us who stared at them. we finished our dinner fast and left the restaurant when our hostess, an older woman with glasses, outside followed us to scream at us asking: "no tipp!, no tip?!” and my friend and I were taken back. the dame has still expected that we will tap them after such a terrible experience. I told her not to answer. she shot us and gave us an rude face as if she was mad at us because she hadn't tipped. I can certainly say that my friend and I will never return to this place again.
The food was great and the service was fantastic. when they eat in them get a discount! eat so much for only $35. will return definitiw. my new favorite sushi place.
No longer offer all you can eat, but do not have the effort to update this. no ac, it doesn't even have ice water. sushi was the same quality as costco sushi, but 4 times the price.
Simply for lunch and had a wonderful experience. the food was great and the owner and the staff made us feel at home. we have a 10 months old daughter, which means we don't eat very often. they made sure we took care of us and even gave our daughter a special dessert. we found our favorite place.
Sashimi was not terribly fresh, the quality of fish was a 6 out of 10. some came nearly frozen. Very barely average sushi … whoever is rating this highly clearly has never had good sushi.Rolls ok … service was very good actuallyUnfortunately I cannot recommend this place.
