Even though it was delivered it still arrived warm and soft

The pretzels were just okay. They were soft, but lacked both butter and salt. All I wanted was a traditional pretzel, and they couldn't even get that right.

Luis, Sherry, and the entire team are fantastic. Thank you all! They serve the best pretzels in Orlando.

Best and nearest option in Baldwin Cove since the closure of the Fashion Square location.
