Nature's Table - Ocoee

The hours listed are incorrect, and the staff is unfriendly. They claim to close at 6:00 PM, yet they refused to serve me at 5:45 PM. The restaurant appears clean, though that might be because they don't seem to serve many meals. The employees' rudeness is surprising; I’m not sure how they’re still in business.

I order from this restaurant frequently while at the office. Recently, I got a tuna sandwich that was quite disappointing. The bread was hard, and the cheese looked dirty and old. It was really upsetting. When I called to speak to a manager, the person on the phone was difficult to understand and didn’t seem to care about the sandwich issue. It was so frustrating. I waited 45 minutes for a stale sandwich. I can’t believe it.

I experienced terrible customer service at this restaurant. I requested my sandwich to be toasted, and three different staff members handled my order, but I still haven't received it. One person made coffee, another was counting something, and I ended up waiting for my sandwich for 15 minutes.

Great food. Very fresh. Unbelievable smoothies! Great service!

HaydeLiz was VERY nice and made two great meals for my daughter and I.
