Wendy's - Ocoee

Rude as hell employees. I’m just trying to ask for some honey mustard, why the attitude? Is this a Popeyes?

This location can be hit or miss. We only choose it because it's the closest to us. The drive-thru is efficient, but the lobby is often dirty, with sticky floors and flies buzzing around. I really wish they could find a manager who knows how to maintain the store properly.

This is one of few locations that will actually get your order right and fresh every time!!

They claim to close at 1am, but they stop taking most food orders about an hour beforehand. When asked about it, the staff was quite rude.

If you want fast food but want to wait for it like you’re sitting in a restaurant, this is the place. You can expect to wait at the ordering screen for 5-7 minutes or more before the intercom comes on. If there is a line, you can expect to wait 30-40 minutes. And when the intercom does come on you will most likely hear them yelling at each other instead of asking what your order is. Also your order had a 50% chance of being correct… if you’re lucky. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you do go, goodluck!
