Grønttorvet - Odense

We were there on Mondays where there was good with guests and only one man to operate the whole restaurant. He cleared with bravur. So nice and cozy host cabinet. The food lived up to expectations.

Nice, relaxed place with good and professional service of sweet staff. The text on the sign did not live up to the quality of the food. We tried classic dishes like Pariserbøf and star shoots and it was SO good. Nok to date best star shoots I've got. Nice bread, perfect fried fish that was really fresh and preserved the crispness. Delicious prawns, crisp green asparagus and salad. Not covered, but right and quite exquisite. Also my better half was oversetting satisfied. Especially that you go up in quality purchases and rub on the food in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

We came past on a wonderful sunny day, but because of the market on the square, tables and chairs were not put out. We went and asked if they knew when chairs and tables would come out.
