Cork Pig Tavern - Odessa

I had a fantastic experience! Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely attentive, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The chef even came out to chat with us, which made it even more special. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Our waiter was a friendly and attentive young man who had a great understanding of the menu and helped us choose our appetizers. My husband always goes for the wood-fired pig pizza, which is his absolute favorite. My daughter polished off her entire burger—she loved it! As for my black and blue pizza, it was good but a bit rich for my taste; it could have used a bit of acidity. The balsamic vinegar, while delicious, added to the richness instead of offering a balancing flavor. Next time, we’ll definitely ask for extra lemon to cut through that richness, especially with the shrimp and crab cocktail that was fantastic, though slightly on the sweet side (we prefer salty and sour!). I adored the red onions and generous chunks of avocado and cucumber alongside the shrimp. We were so full that we didn't have any room left to sample the enticing desserts coming from the kitchen. I recommend sharing dishes so everyone can try a variety of options! Thanks for a wonderful brunch experience!

Our favorite restaurant in Odessa! I absolutely love the pig pizza! If you add fresh garlic, basil, and jalapeños, you won't be disappointed!

Midland location!! We visited for brunch and it exceeded our expectations! Every dish we ordered was fantastic! The flavors were great and the portion sizes were generous! We tried the ham and cheese omelet, prime rib hash, and huevos rancheros. For breakfast dessert, we had the fruity pebbles French toast, which was incredible! I also sampled the mimosas and the piglet drink—both were well-sized and tasted amazing!

It was good ,but it's been better there old cooks are at new store in midland they need to bring them back .....
