Modern building with fresh furnishings. the is not overloaded with mostly simple attitudes which are above average from the price level. what bothered me:Wartehallen atmosphere with hallpommes bone hardy especially inappropriate I found the time until all the dishes were at the place. first came the steaks, 2 minutes later the supplements. another two minutes later my burger and again later the simple dishes of the two children (noodles and nuggets) the service was not rude but also nciht sonderllich try. a younger man who took care of other guests clearly shows more engagement. what I liked:The burger with pulled pork was delicious. the amount was great, the white wine was good. as far as I could see, everything was clean. beautiful covered terase to sit out.
The menu said between the lines: "american food" I ordered a currywurst with pommes and herb salad. the pommes were not straight through and the sausage had absolutely no traces of browning. every classic pommesbude in the ruhrpott makes it better. I don't eat here anymore.
Last week I was with my colleagues at mutter hurter in Oer-Erkenschwick. four of us had carving. a colleague and I have decided to go for the day dish schnitzel with pfifferlingen. the other two took the pfefferschnitzel. in my eyes the pfifferlings were sandy, I bite on sand grains again and again, and the carving had an unpleasant taste. probably a flavor transfer in the same fat when roasted by something else being cooked beforehand. my colleague with the pfeffersteak had a similar problem. his flesh was tough and also tasted unpleasant and that was not on the pfeffer sauce. he said, "That was a finished carving from the pack." the other two colleagues had no objections, even the colleague with the pfifferling schnitzel had nothing to complain about. Thus, the quality is not consistently good or consistently poor. at pfifferlingen you can see a good kitchen. Usually you know that there is a small salad set at the carving, that was not the case here. in no carving is salat. another colleague had brains and he said it was excellent. it also looked very good what he had on the teller. two other colleagues had burgers and they were also satisfied. either we had two just bad or an azubi prepared our dishes. the spare ribs standing on the map were already out, although we were there in the week and not at the weekend. When we were cleared, we were not asked if it had tasted us. But it does not seem to be a question of how I got along the side table.
Actually a great load. there is a large parking space next to the mother whore and you reach the location also ideally on a bike tour as there is a good signage in the haard. at the house are many bicycle stands. the restaurant is really modern, but designed to feel comfortable and also has a great extensive map. the foods were all beautifully presented and also delicious. the appetizer came from the house a delicious baguette with a great dip. divine was also the in-house mother-wehner-Salatdressing! actually, I'd forgive five stars. but what I find super important besides ambiente and quality of the food is the friendliness of the staff. but if you get kicked at the arriving cash because you have set yourself to a table on which there was no reservation, but which still apparently belonged to a reserved area, which was not recognizable for us as hospitable, you would like to go back immediately. even when offering an alternative, the same service force was not really nice. very bad, because that's how you feel as hospitable rather unwilling. we stayed still because we had not known where...and could also find that the other three service forces and the chef himself were very nice, but what remains in the head after the visit is just this unfriendly start. the rest was great!
