Alpha Omega Roasting - O’Fallon

The atmosphere is very cozy! The upstairs rooms feel a bit cramped and lack the natural light that the downstairs areas have. The coffee was great—I tried the white chocolate iced latte, and it was delicious. However, there aren't many electrical outlets, which posed a bit of a challenge for me. Additionally, there were no extension cords available, so I was unable to use my computer.

The coffee here is well-prepared and delicious. I tried the Americano served black to fully appreciate the flavor of the espresso, and I wasn't disappointed. I'm excited to add this spot to my travel itinerary. I deducted a star because, as a coffee and espresso enthusiast, I was hoping they would use the Astoria lever-pulled espresso machine, but I was informed that it takes too long.

The service is always consistent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This is definitely one of my top three coffee cafes in the area. I really enjoy their monthly specialty coffees!

Went here on a Saturday morning for a quick bite and coffee. They messed up my order (as we had already waited 30 minutes for my drink) and the girl never bothered to tell the girl making the drinks. Took fifty minutes to get my drink- mind you there were under 10 people sitting down. Ridiculous. Not even an apology or offer to refund
