Denny's - O'Fallon

When I arrived at our table. It Was not clean. Our server was super nice and very pleasant. The food was okay..I feel like their menu options are very different since COVID..very basic.. and they where out of a lot of menu options...no biscuits andgravy....we don't eat pork and there is very limited beef/ turkey options! Overall I won't be back.

During our visit it was understaffed (who isn't these days) and there was some rowdy customers that kind of caused a scene with one of the employees but everything was handled professionally. The food was fantastic, service was phenomenal for thecircumstances, just couldn't ask for anything better. Would recommend this Denny's over just about any other one I have been in.Doesn't have a spot but we are in and had take out as well.

We were told to wait 40 minutes even though two-thirds of the restaurant was empty. We expressed that we were willing to wait, but they still wouldn’t let us sit at a table. We will never return. We didn't mind waiting if it meant being served eventually, but after standing for 40 minutes or deciding to leave while there were plenty of clean tables available, we felt it was unreasonable. We just wanted to sit and talk comfortably with our group of four.

Quick and friendly service with delicious food! This is one of the few large American diners still around. They serve breakfast all day, so bring your family here!

The manager graciously remade my milkshake when it arrived a bit melted. He offered to prepare another one, and I gladly accepted. Even though it was a busy time, he personally made it with a smile and without any hesitation. I truly appreciate his prompt and friendly service. Thank you, sir!
