Taco Time - Ogden

We spent over 48 minutes in the drive-thru. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I've worked in fast food before and understand how hectic it can get. However, when I reached the window, I saw five staff members gathered in a circle chatting and laughing, with two of them on their phones. It seemed like only one person was actually working, occasionally appearing and disappearing from view. It took quite a while for someone from that group to come over and take my payment. I felt stuck in the drive-thru with no way to leave, and the service was definitely lacking. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Overall Service Rating: 1

Terrible...EVERY TIME! I don't know why I even bother. I just stood at the drive through with no one in line and I kept asking if someone could help me.... I was rudly informed that it's gonna be a little bit! I waited for a quite a bit longer and then asked if someone could please help me and then no one responded. Finally, a woman came back on and yelled, its gonna be a bit!!!! The unprofessionalism is astonishing. I completely understand if there's staffing issues, but at least have the audacity to acknowledge and greet the people that come through the drive through to let them know...shame on the management!
