Wingstop - Ogden

Great wings, it's a bit pricey and I wished they'd provide napkins.

The chicken was extremely over cooked and was very dry. The wings were not shaken and coated evenly, instead the sauce was just dumped on top. The wait was far past the time noted when I ordered them and it was very crowded

They did it right!!! I use to run a wingstop in Tracy CA and let me tell you. The wings I received where the right temp, right amount of sauce, ranch was fresh had to been prepped that morning and my food was done before 21 mins. Yall hit the spot within the time frame it was promised. (Side note it wasn't because they where not busy the tickets in the kitchen suggested they where extra busy). So with being busy and still getting my order in that time frame with the right quality! Thank you guys ill be ordering soon.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would the last 3 times I have eaten there they always mess up my order leading to the reason we have eaten there 3 times even after communication with 2 different managers they drop the ball we gave them the chance to fix their mistakes and they still act like they are the only wing place in town not to mention all the trash on the drink station discarded eaten food left on the very few tables they have but really the biggest problem is they blatantly give different food from what you order as if they get to decide what you eat forget what you pay for you eat what they want to give you as far as the food itself what I cook at home makes Wingstop look like the dump they are acting like at least the 12th Street location
