Bidra med feedbackWe had a wonderful dining experience at the Matterhorn. The food was outstanding; my partner and I particularly loved the Tomahawk steak, which was accompanied by delicious sauces and a great selection of sides. They also offer a wide variety of drinks, and my favorite was the mulled wine. The restaurant has an inviting atmosphere, designed like a cozy wooden ski lodge, complete with a warm fire and comfortable couches to relax on after the meal. I can't wait to return next year!
Situated above the Powderkeg Restaurant in the Powderhorn Chateau hotel, this dining venue has a more upscale ambiance compared to its downstairs counterpart. It's open only from Thursday to Sunday and features elegant chandeliers, real candles on the tables, and a more sophisticated menu. I tried the eye fillet, which was outstanding, accompanied by excellent sides and sauces from an extensive selection. The atmosphere evokes that of a luxurious chalet, complete with a large fireplace where they prepare mulled wine. Additionally, there's a lovely bar at the center of the space.
The atmosphere is wonderful—warm and inviting. We’ll definitely return!
