Anyway, my question is that I wanted to ask the guy in the window what his name is so I could leave him a good review, but I forgot if he gave me my food. It was Wednesday 28. December 2022 at 8:45-9:00 (they close at 10am). Super polite guy! I also work in the service industry (I cut hair) and I know that people are worn, especially an hour or so before closing time. Hopefully the company sees it and gives it a gift or a raise!?
Arby can never deliver to taste and quality. Today I went to a lunch break with only 3 employees, including the manager and you were lubricated. The manager makes the sandwiches. A falling pumice. The other poor guy runs counters and the drive thru. It was pure chaos and a very stressful situation. Because none of the customers seemed to care, they were completely understated. They wanted things to be disgusting yesterday, how rude people are if they want it. I welcome the way the staff held it was cool and quiet. I didn't help sailors take a $100 show. It took a little time to get my order, but it was worth it. Each one of them could have just walked out and messed up. It warmed my heart to see that there are still engaged hard workers who serve love. They apologise several times the time it took to prepare my food. I didn't tell them I didn't care. Companies must begin to recognize and appreciate the hard workers who keep your doors open. It's the little guys that keep your business going. I just wanted to thank the hard staff at the Arby's from the NW 23rd and Grand motorway. I appreciate you! That's a great crew, please let them know they're doing an excellent job!
Usually not too much of a problem when I come here, but on this special day they didn't have bacon for my sandwich also my curly pommes were cold instead of going back I ate only the cold curly pommes. The cashier tried to accommodate me with some mozzarella sticks because they had no bacon, but the manager wouldn't let it so that he just gave me a refund on the bacon that I would have taken the mozzarella sticks and that would have been enough, but the manager did not try to accommodate me as they were from bacon in the curly pommes, so that this is the reason. The manager who was changing to me could have done things better, but he did not try to make the customer happy in any way, so that is why I give him a low score.
After we ordered thru in the car, our card was not returned to us immediately. Went inside to get it no problem, come to find out that our card for 84$ does not go too long. Don't go here if you want to keep your money
I'm not even supposed to be eating fast food like that but tbh, Arby's fast food has been slept on for a while .. Nice coming up on flavors &menu selectionsFood: 4/5
