Bidra med feedbackWe sat on their back patio, which has somewhat limited ambiance, but both the food and service were very good. Special appreciation for the hostess who muscled tables around so our party could sit in the shade.
The outdoor area is fantastic, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. It lacked flavor.
I waited for 15 minutes for a server to show up. When she finally took our drink orders, she vanished for another 10 minutes, only to return without the drinks, claiming she couldn't find the bartender. She then took our food orders and came back to inform us that they were out of Tanqueray and Coors Original. Our meals were served alongside our salads, which should have been brought out first. At this point, we were over 30 minutes in, and the food was cold and poorly cooked. They also didn’t have any straws and explained it was due to supply chain issues. Overall, it was a disaster—terrible service, incompetent management, and subpar food quality. It’s no surprise there were so few diners present.
Our server was quite slow and not very attentive. He actually asked us if we were still waiting for our food, which felt unnecessary since he should have already known that – he is our server, after all. We had been waiting for 30 minutes, and it took an additional 20 minutes to receive our meals. We also had to hunt him down to get the bill. It was really disappointing. We love this restaurant, but the service has been inconsistent lately. Additionally, I believe I was overcharged for my mimosas, but I didn’t want to bring it up with him.
The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, but the food was disappointing and lacking in flavor.
