Gizzards Livers Heaven ???? Grew up with Grandy?s G L but CExpress?s light and crispy breading w creamy pate like texture is oohlala. Generous serving of side with biscuit gravy or roll???? Top notch Sweet tea that actually have tea aroma???? happyhour till 4pm that?s inflation friendly is unheard of. $4.99 leg+2thighs with biscuit is a blessing for manyfamilies???? During Covid season, we got to experience pleasant service at the drive thru and even more friendly, attentiveemployees at the dine-in. Bravo to the management at this location for creating a welcoming environment andteam???????????? 5stars for things that matter???? We frequent this location dine in after middle school let out. Dinner rushat the drive-thru could be different for others but it?s always swift if it?s only 4 cars ahead plus having take out chicken fordinner bails me out of having to scramble for a quick family meal prep and chicken express have yet to disappoint. Yes, I?mwilling to tolerate for the occasional missed order but a phone call away and they promise to make it up next time. Please bereasonable people?Food quality is fresh and decent. So, ur 1 star review should have a time limit ??????? For those thatencountered Snafu here, do provide feedback to manager for another chance. U will enjoy it.

Overall disappointed in my experience. I got a 4 piece dinner with fries, okra, and a biscuit. I also got a drink. Overall the quality of the food was decent everything was fresh, especially the tenders. Super moist. But I am disappointed because thebiscuit was not included in my meal and I only received 3 tenders. Also, while minimal, the okra was borderline too salty. Iwould go again, but hopefully you can do a bit of quality control with the portions especially if I am going pay $13 for ameal.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The drive-thru is consistently slow, and we've received sweet tea that had no expiration date on the gallon containers and a terrible smell. The service is decent but definitely could use some improvement.

I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars, and the only reason for that is the amazing cashier, Jada. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. As for the food, though, it was disappointing. The chicken tenders were dry, and we arrived at 12:45 PM and sat in the dining area. The coleslaw tasted like plain mayo and water, and the mac and cheese had a strange, plastic flavor—my 10-year-old wouldn't even touch hers. The sweet tea tasted muddy as well. I won’t be coming back. I can't believe I spent $37 on food that we hardly ate.

This was the first time my husband and I dined at Chicken Express, and it was fantastic! Jared provided excellent service and made our first visit feel special. The food was delicious; the chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor! We will definitely be returning and recommending it to our friends!
