City Bites - Oklahoma City

I’ve had to throw away more food than I’d like. I’ve been going to the store in Moore, but it seems they constantly get my orders wrong. I asked for a potato without sour cream, but it was loaded with it. I ordered a sub sandwich without pickles or olives, and it came piled with both. This might be my last visit for dinner.

We waited in the drive-thru for about 45 minutes before closing on Friday evening and sat there for 15 minutes without being helped. The people in front of us eventually gave up because they also weren't assisted. We tried multiple times to get a response but were unsuccessful. Honestly, this service isn't worth $8 an hour.

The service may not be the quickest, but I've never been let down, and the staff is consistently friendly.

City bites have it on lock. The pot roast baked potato is amazing and huge, it is a meal of itself. I also love to get the Beef Eater Sandwich on all wheat bread and normally save it the next day for lunch. This is the way to a quick dinner that tastes amazing.

I usually love city bites. The food is always good and this last time was no exception, food was great but the staff was incredibly rude. The guy at the speaker was very polite but the women at the window taking payments and handing out orders made me very uncomfortable. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes to get two baked potatoes which didn?t bother me but when I wanted to confirm my order at the window just to make sure it was accurate and she had such a bad attitude about it and made me feel stupid for even asking. Then she shoved the bag at me and rolled her eyes. I will not be returning to this location and I advise other people not too as well.
