Bidra med feedbackThis place is pretty good for a buffet. I live really close and had gone back and forth with trying just because of the location. I was pleasantly surprised. Tasted very authentic and they kept bringing out to the buffet so everything tasted fresh. Deserts were pretty good too. Not bad for $12 a head.
Disappointed experience. Ordered food to be mild, came out spicy. When the server got out the check, he made an insulting comment that we ordered one dish and shared. We ordered off the menu and did not do the buffet. How does it matter how many people eat the food? We ordered one dish, ate it and paid for it.
Great food. Have eaten here for years. After being at their Quailbrook restaurant, I really see the wear and tear at the 23rd St location. Needs a facelift.
Not sure what other reviewer's standards are but the place was dirty. ALL of the food on the buffet was cold. The server was less than friendly and my husband kept getting dripped on from condensation on the ceiling! We WON'T be going back here again. Save yourself the trouble and go to the TAJ which is on 23rd street closer to Classen - much better food, service and cleanliness.
Another great Indian place. The decor is the most elaborate I have encountered in the OKC area. It is also the only one I have seen with a free-standing fire pit. There are also individually decorated private rooms available for groups of 2 to about 4 or so. It is a buffet. The food is excellent. Their two soups were hot and actually bubbling in the pots. The Naan was done well as was the Tandoori Chicken (which refreshingly actually had skewer marks). All of the dishes were well spiced and appeared fresh. During the meal a server came by offering just prepared Tandoori Chicken pieces at each table. The buffet held all the usual items you usually see at other buffets.
