Ihop - Oklahoma City

We have a family of 5We went around 10, they were very busy .. We were recognized and greeted when we went in the door, they were sitting pretty fast. Our waitress was Ciara she was super sweet and made sure we had our drinks full and we often checked to make sure we had everything we needed, it was wonderful service. I would also like to say that at the top of the busting they had the tables and cleaning/disinfection every table that left .which I was glad to see how clean this restaurant was especially withCOVID-19 I felt very comfortable to know how clean the tables and chairs was. So thank you to the staff and the management of IHOP for the great food and the safe environment!

Philip was amazing. He was very attentive but not overbearing. He relayed our order well. We got exactly what we ordered. The wait time from order place to receiving meal was on point. The food was hot and delicious ? The bathrooms were clean and stocked ?Kid-friendliness: They can decorate the pancakes really cute for the kids my kids didn't come this time but they love IHOP!Parking: 13 regular 3 handicapped parking directly in front. There is also parking along the East side...Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

IHOP just gets breakfast right. It's easy to take that for granted. After so many times I've been there. At this location the servers are always courteous and attentive. The place was clean and not too many long lines ever. The menu doesn't break the bank. Kudos to the people at this fine location for making it such an excellent experience every single time I visit.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!food was horrible waited over 20 mins after expected pickup time and it still wasn't ready.Food was cold !!!!!and orange juice had a hair in it .I tried calling to make a complaint and no answer !!Food was nasty didn't even want to it and threw it out after seeing the hair in the juice cup do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .

The wait staff was really good. The food was okay. I ordered the grandgirlies the funny face pancake meals. The chocolate pancakes tasted burnt so the girls didn't eat them. There was some issue with the water so we couldn't wash our hands before eating. We had to use hand sanitizer. Yuck! I'm glad we were seated on the side of the restaurant opposite the restrooms as that side smelled like sewage. I don't see us returning anytime soon.
