Junior's Supper Club - Oklahoma City

An absolute OKC spun, Junior’s has held its premier dining place for decades. The perfect place for a birthday or a nice trip with the family. Junior’s is located underground by NW Expressway with red velvet walls and excellent service. Whether you go for a fillet, lobster dick or its famous brandi ice cream you will not be disappointed. A classic decor with delicious ducks and desserts for everyone.

One of my favorite places. The chicken liver appetizers are perfectly cooked and the cream Gravy is as good as Grandma does. I had the chicken fried steak that the fork was tender. Ruben was perfect with the right combination of ingredients. One of the best Rubens in town. Try her burgers. I love her escargot.

As always, the food was excellent! It has an amazing mood and the staff are great, offering wonderful customer service. Even the entertainment on Saturday evenings with the singer is really cool. Besides, it's one of the few places that has a smoking lounge. And if you're lucky, you can let the owner sit at the bar! Cool guy and kind, always sound when the game doesn't open.

The atmosphere is very elegant but the service didn’t match. We had a party of 20 which is automatically a good tip and the waiter and waitress kept running away and barely serving us. Expected more. The woman servicing the drinks was very nice and accommodating.

The server was helpful and attentive but lacked the insight on the menu items. In times past I have only been for dinner and the experience getting the Caesar salad made in front of you really takes the time their to the next level. The limited lunch menu needs a revamp for sure. The burger my girlfriend ordered was disappointed. It claims to be a filet based patty which when seasoned and cooked properly is delicious. The patty she received was overcooked and bland. The lunch strip I ordered was fair but nothing like a dinner steak I've ordered from here in times past. I will be back to give it another try for dinner just personally won't waste time with lunch.
