Whataburger - Oklahoma City

I am happy to say that the Whataburger I frequent is a nice, clean, and comfortable place to dine-in. Even though the last visit a downed Milkshake machine was a disappointment and the ice machine at the fountain station was not in working condition. Theyoung man who took our order was very apologetic for the inconveniences and he was doing his best to make sure that we weretaken care of. He provided our ice for our drinks with no problem. When I requested a separate order for him to take care of heprovided me with exactly what I had asked for and brought it to me at our table while we were eating( like I had asked). Oursandwiches were so good the broken milkshake machine became just a memory! Our food was fresh and it was hot when we receivedour order. I highly recommend that you try the restaurant. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I havenever had a bad order from this restaurant and I do frequent it often. I had my mother and my sister come along with me and theyboth live outside of the Oklahoma City district. Now when they come to visit it is their request to go to the establishment.It's a win win situation!

He waited 45 minutes. Then another 10 after payment for no chicken ready? This is my Patty melt? Disgusting, cold and soggy and not even toast?? Fries are cold and chicken we waited to be cooked was also cold somehow.... I would avoid this evil experience

I am on holiday in the wonderful state of Oklahoma and Whataburger is just on the road. My burger was very good. The beef was of good quality and delicious. Definitely back before we leave the USA. Food: 4/5

It was for the first time at a Whataburger. The meat was nicely spiced. Large round burgers. They did not have the ingredients for a mushroom pig or the advertised Blauburger. But what we got was good. It's a bit expensive, but that's how fast food is more. Food: 4/5

3 star food but they work so damn hard 24/7 and always seem friendly. They truly know what a large drink is. It's huge. Or hug. Not sure
