Applebee's - Okolona

This restaurant has a great food bar and offers an amazing deal on half-priced appetizers from 11 PM to 2 AM—what's not to love? Overall, the food is good, and they frequently introduce new menu items that are surprisingly tasty. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, which is a definite plus. The recent renovations have made a significant improvement to the space, and the menu features a fantastic selection. If you visit after 11:00 PM, be prepared for a lively crowd, but the service remains efficient, and the atmosphere is fun and inviting.

The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, but there weren't any other customers around. I don't mind, though—everywhere else in the area had a 45-minute wait, and we simply walked in and were seated right away.

The food always arrives hot, and the staff is consistently attentive, checking in on you promptly. Even if your server isn't the one checking on you, they still make sure to help you with anything you need. I really enjoy dining here. On this visit, I tried one of their new Irresist-A-Bowls, specifically the Southwest Calcareous Chicken Shell. Just look at the picture below! You absolutely have to give it a try. I plan to return and explore more options, and I hope to see you there!

Great food. Service was a little sloww for a Tuesday with no crowd, but the server was great! The kitchen was taking forever. Still a pleasant experience and the food was delicious once it arrived. The steak was flavorful and tender, the mashed potatoes tasted instant, but were fabulous! The salad was crisp and fresh. Very good ranch and honey mustard dressing. We ended the meal with a cup of regular and decaf coffee which were both freshly brewed and so so good. The cost of the dinner was $30! Highly recommend, just may have to wait a minute for your food.
