Pizza Hut - Okotoks

I placed my order on line at 2:30 pm. After placing it I realized it didn’t ask for a pick up. I immediately called, explained and asked for it to be ready for me to pick up at 4:45pm. I arrived at the Okotoks location at 4:41pm, paid for my order and was told “it’s in the oven and will be ready in 2 seconds.” It wasn’t. At 4:50 I asked about my orde and was told it was in the oven. I got the same response at 4:55. Finally a lady who appeared to be management, told me there had been a mixup and when I called to verify the pickup time it had put it back. Didn’t make sense. Once again I was told it is in the oven. I finally got my pizzas almost a half hour later than I had ordered them to be ready. No apology. Just here you go. I was not happy. The customer service was horrible. Please don’t email me with specifics any more. It will be a long time before I consider buying pizza from this location again.
