Firehouse Subs Olathe Station

The staff was friendly and friendly. My meal was as good as usual. I'm always looking forward to the food in Firehouse Subs. Besides, I love the decor.

The last three times I tried to order food here, I was told the wait is 30 minutes. That seems to be waiting for a sandwich for a long time. I've seen them turn customers off with this statement when the lobby barely has customers. I don't think the business is busy with online orders and personal orders. I wouldn't recommend coming here during lunchtime.

A bit annoying I had ordered 2 sandwiches, and unfortunately both sandwiches were mixed with the other sandwiches items, this is unfortunately the second time that this happened. I love fireworks, but I don't want me to order half my and half the other sandwich. I want to come back, but I also want to see what I ordered with 40 issues and a tip. I hope next time?

I ordered my food at 7 PM and received it by 7:30. The kids' meal was correct, but the regular sandwiches were wrong. I returned the sandwiches to get them fixed but ended up waiting another half hour before deciding to ask for a refund. Throughout this time, multiple customers were waiting over 30 minutes for their meals. The person in charge seemed frustrated with his team, and whenever he wasn't around, the staff moved slowly and appeared disinterested in their work.

This place is a complete disappointment. We waited a long time for our sandwiches, only to find out that our order was incorrect when they finally arrived. The staff asked what we had ordered and claimed they would prepare the correct sandwiches, but after waiting another half an hour, we decided to give up and requested a refund. The entire time we were there, the staff seemed to be arguing amongst themselves. This location should either be shut down or completely staffed with new employees who can properly manage the work. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place!
