Hy-vee Market Grille Express - Olathe

This place has gone way downhill! We've been to Hy-Vee Market Grilles before and had good experiences, but no more!When we got here there were signs that said to place your order first, then seat yourself. Except there was no obvious place to put your order in. We waited around, then finally saw a waitress, and when I stopped her to ask where we place our order, she pointed to the front hostess station, but there was nobody there. We waited around for awhile, and right as we said we should just go somewhere else, the same waitress showed up to take our order. She said she was the only one here! That should have been our sign to go elsewhere, but we ordered and sat down.After waiting about 40-45 minutes, we started getting some of our food, but my son's showed up last, when everybody else was almost done eating.The food was so gross I had to choke it down. I got chicken tenders, and they were so overdone, they were hard and chewy and extremely salty. My dad and husband's sandwiches were overdone as well.

Food wasn't that bad. You'd have more choices for food I'm just having burgers only evening

Great food served at excellent prices. Zac served us and ensured our orders were correct. We love the neighborhood feel he creates while dealing with the customers. He knows the menu and how to make wonderful cocktails. Can't wait to return!
