Okay, but they gave us the wrong donuts. the lady who led the load was a bit rude.

I want to give a shoutout to the man who works here on Sundays during COVID-19. He's very kind!

This was my worst experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The staff at the location in Old Bethpage were either cool or I could say rude. First, they did not acknowledge my greeting. While this could be understandable as they have to work early and may not have a desire to please their customers, it still left a bad impression. When they took my order, they seemed impatient and did not pay attention to what they were doing. I also discovered that the sandwich they prepared was undercooked or the croissant was bad, as it was hard and difficult to chew. It seemed like the flour was still clumped together, rather than being fluffy like a normal croissant.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Just the way I like it, in and out with my latte ??
