Panera Bread - Old Bridge

Panera used to be a reliable option for lunch, but the food quality does not justify the high prices. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with pickle chips, but it was disappointing. There was hardly any buffalo sauce and very few pickle chips. Overall, the meal was unappetizing.

Tried the sausage egg cheese for the first time. Long wait for disappointment.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The staff seemed incompetent. We ordered a steak sandwich, but one half had no meat and the other half had very little. When I brought it to the counter, the employee told me to just move the meat from one side to the other. Why should I pay $13 for a sandwich that is not made properly? When I spoke to the manager, he was unfriendly and unapologetic. It appears that this lack of care for quality and customer service stems from the management and affects the entire restaurant.

The restaurant was well-maintained and the Manager took our order. She was friendly and pleasant, with a great smile. Our order was quickly served and delicious. There is also outdoor seating available, as well as plenty of seating inside.

I just cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. Horrible. There was a group of college girls doing work on their computer. The manager (I don?t know the name) but tall white MAN wearing a beige button up should get in A LOT of trouble forwhat I observed today. Shame on you. One of the girls LAUGHED and I was sitting right next to them remind you. One of themlaughed NOT EVEN LOUD and the manager came over to their table and had the NERVE to tell them to ?lower their voices otherpeople are in the dining room?. In a extremely demanding nasty tone. First of all those girls weren?t even laughing remotelyLOUD AT ALL and the only other person in the dining room was me. I feel bad for the people who work for this man because has abad attitude problem and is going through a POWER TRIP. ?MANAGER? whoever you are- how DARE YOU say that to those GIRLS. THEYWERE NOT EVEN BEING REMOTELY LOUD. Not only that but he PROFILED THESE GIRLS thinking that they would just say OK which they did?because they are young.? If those girls were a family or an older woman or a MAN LIKE HIMSELF he would never have the nerve togo up to them and say something like that. POWER TRIP. GET A LIFE!! Shame on you shame on you. I would report you if I knew yourname. I?m a 45 WOMEN I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE SAID THAT TO ME!!
