Dunkin' - Old Ellicott City

They don’t know how to make coffee properly. I won’t be coming to this location again, they didn’t know how to make a large ice coffee, ask to remake it they did and only added some sugar, didn’t remake it. Horrible experience and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

This dunkin used to be really good,their service is ok, but they changed to paper cups and it is not the same as it used to be, they are trying to save money, but we are paying the same price for coffee,that no longer tastes the same. The cups are a different size,the ice to coffee ratio is different, and the coffee tastes different. I will take my business elsewhere, where I can get the coffee I pay for.

The only reason i dont give it 5 stars i dont give 5 stars unless it blowes mě awayhats off to donkin. its always great and fast.

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts we’ve visited. They seemed to have recently changed the staff or have new management. The staff here is so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The restaurant has a very welcoming ambiance and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
