Dunkin' - OLD LYME

My husband and I had some really bad experiences with our two local dunes, so we stopped going. decided to try this as there is an area we travel through a lot and it is the best coffee shop in the area by far. They are super fast and efficient, pay attention to questions and make good quality drinks. We'll drive from Waterford to get out of here if we want a cup of coffee. They always seem to have employees and seem to care.

I went to 5:30 this morning and was greeted by the friendly worker who is usually there. She apologised that employees who were supposed to arrive at 4:00 and another one could not show up at 5:00 and that she was alone. Besides, she came to chaos and no one had locked the business door last night. I'm going to this special dunkin because this employee is so friendly. She has her regulars, she knows her orders at the glance and is chatting and warm. I feel that the owners of this place must give her an increase to really be one of the few faces at each dunkins who knows what great customer service is and delievers it. The fact that she goes out of her way to be still there, despite the lack of help, deserves recognition and an increase.

The most beautiful dunkin building ever. The cashier was friendly, but hands the most unpleasant person ever. Nothing about it, the experience, but went to my car food.
